For more than 30 years, Rob has been driving change and growth throughout Asia-Pacific in finance, property and international business. With a strong mix of strategic thinking and the ability to apply practical solutions to real world problems, he has facilitated business development initiatives in organisations such as Ergomotion Inc., and MyBudget. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Veritasium, Rob has worked tirelessly and passionately over the last six years with key professional partners to build a suite of financial products that bridge existing gaps in financial systems and introduce fresh innovations.

Since the early 2,000's Paul has been developing fintech solutions for financial products by integrating the business model with compliance and administration.  As co-founder at Veritasium, Paul has been a key driver for implementing the latest technology into the group's suite of innovative bespoke managed funds. Starting out in electrical engineering for large projects, Paul's belief in dependable outcomes is carried over to designing efficient and compliant managed funds aimed at market sectors that deliver investor value.

With over 25 years of global leadership experience, Lisa specialises in transformation and business growth across diverse sectors. Her track record includes driving strategic initiatives and profitability for notable organisations like Emirates, Love, Bonito, and SafeGuard Global. As a proponent of entrepreneurship, she lectures at Singapore Management University and Cambridge Corporate University, besides mentoring at the Founders Institute. Lisa's commitment to team development, innovation, and stakeholder value is evident in her successful APAC turnaround projects. Her insights into future trends and business performance are honed by serving on eight boards and chairing two Executive Global Network SME groups.

Dr Roger Voyle

PhD, BSc(Hons I)

Dr Roger Voyle is the Investment Manager for Veritasium’s allocations to venture capital, private equity, and private credit, including via the Queensland NIV Fund. In his parallel role as Managing Director of Southmore Capital, an Australian alternative asset manager active for more than fifteen years, Dr Voyle partners with local and international entrepreneurs to build and finance innovative new businesses. In many cases, he has led efforts to establish overseas business activities for investee companies and attract finance from offshore sources. He also spent six years working with the South Australian Government fostering the development of local technology businesses and attracting investment to them.

For Veritasium, Dr Voyle brings business acumen, private capital strategies expertise, and extensive board experience. He began his career in pharmaceutical research and development and has completed a PhD in biochemistry, post-doctoral fellowship in immunology, and post-graduate studies in intellectual property law, equipping him well for the evaluation of technology-centric investment opportunities.

Brenton Gowland

Brenton is a marketing transformation specialist with three decades of experience leading sales and marketing initiatives for national and international clients across diverse industries, including finance, defence, agriculture, and health. He is the co-founder and a non-executive director of Nucleus, a multidisciplinary digital advertising agency, and serves as the principal of Adapt_CO, a consultancy specialising in marketing transformation. Brenton has also served as the Vice Chair of Music SA, founded the SA Business Builders Network to engage business communities by bringing CEOs together, and co-hosts the Business Builders Podcast.

Christine Tipper

Christine Tipper brings more than 25 years of senior sales, marketing, and business development experience across healthcare, professional services, and contract driven commercial environments in Australia. Her career has been defined by a consistent focus on sustainable growth, strategic relationships, and sound commercial outcomes.

Having held national and senior leadership roles, Christine has worked closely with founders, executives, and professional stakeholders on expansion strategies, contract brokering, and acquisition related growth initiatives. She is recognised for building trust at senior levels, navigating complex commercial discussions, and structuring partnerships that support longterm value creation.

At Veritasium, Christine applies this experience with a current focus on PR Pathways, supporting the group’s growth and external engagement through a relationship led approach aligned with Veritasium’s commitment to innovation, integrity, and enduring value.
